King's Ransom

King's Ransom
Man on a Mission Book 2
Amelia Autin
Juliana, a well known actress, is returning to Zakhar to make a movie. Her father worked there when she was a teenager, but she hasn't been back since. It might have something to do with King Andre and how they left their relationship. Before the two can untie all of the tangles that led them to this point, they must find out who is trying to kill them and possibly take over the throne.

This was a story of misunderstanding and miscommunication. The romance was sweet. There wasn't as much intrigue as I'd expected based on the type of book, but it was still fun and mysterious. I enjoyed the characters and the plot ended nicely.

I received this book free of charge from Goodreads in exchange for my honest review.
