Lots of things you want to know about Astronauts
. . .and some you don't!
David West
What do you know about space? Did you know that animals beat humans into space? Do you know what kind of animal?  Full page pictures are accompanied by large font words overlaid on to the picture. Each page describes the picture and gives the reader a fact about space and astronauts in a fun learning style. The book is factual and not written in a story style. The facts range from the type of gear that astronauts use to how to get in to space. The book ends with a glossary of some of the larger or more unfamiliar words and an index.

Children will love the interesting facts and large, bright pictures. Parents and teachers will love the information that is imparted in a fun learning style. The correct vocabulary for the age group, informative pictures and information, and the glossary make this an excellent addition to a science curriculum. This book would work well in a home or classroom setting.

I received this book free of charge from Children's Lit in exchange for my honest review.
