Some of them are simple, such as exercises to do, taking vitamins, or wearing red. Others are a bit more complicated, such as checking to see if you are anemic or switching the lighting in your home.
I loved this book. Its practical advice can be taken one day at a time or read through fairly quickly. There is something for everyone and quite a few can also be applied to depression. I'll be adding this book to my library.
