More Than 60 Recipes And Techniques For
Turning The Ordinary Into The Extraordinary

I'm a huge fan of cookies. I would rather have cookies than any other dessert. So naturally I wanted this book as soon as I saw it. Turns out the author feels the same way. She begins by explaining a little bit of her background and how she came to write the cookie cookbook. The book is divided into sections based on the different types of cookies. Then each recipe is laid out in a similar style. A little bit of history, fun facts, or something about the author is placed at the beginning. Then clear and concise instructions help the baker make the very best cookie. Tips and advice to reaching that perfection are often included. The photographs are gorgeous and help the baker get a visual on some of the more unique cookies. I'm not the best baker, but didn't find any of the recipes intimidating or to far out there. If you love cookies, I would definitely recommend picking up this book. It will be worth it.

I received this book free of charge from Blogging for Books in exchange for my honest review.
