Carry and Learn Shapes
Shapes are one of the first things that little children learn in preparation for preschool. The book is the third in the series and uses sensory, visual, and audio to help the child learn. Each page has bright colors, large fonts, and the featured shape in various sizes and colors. On each page is also something the child can use to help fix the shape in their mind. This might be in the form of a texture, a flap that can be lifted or moved, or shimmery colors. Tabbed pages make it easy to turn. The little carry feature will allow the child to take the book with them and adds to the texture of the book. Each page reinforces the shapes as the child moves through the book. Children will enjoy a book that is just the right size for small fingers. Parents and preschool teachers will enjoy the interactive method of teaching.
I received this book free of charge from Children's Lit in exchange for my honest review.
