Wolf Creek Father

Wolf Creek Father
Penny Richards
Allison, a school teacher, is furious. Colt, the local sheriff, has two of the wildest children. Today they made her fall at the merchant's office. Her glasses are broken and she's humiliated. She marches into Colt's office to thrown down an ultimatum. He needs to get his children under control or she will not teach next year. Colt doesn't react well to his children being cast in a negative light. When their boss hears about their behavior he gives them a task. They must both work together to come up with a solution or they both lose their jobs.

The story was sweet and fun. Both characters were very endearing and captivating. While not super gripping, the story had all of the elements of a great romance - attraction, conflict, and resolution. I liked how the author wove different aspects into the story without making it seem heavy or too concentrated. Some of the things that she dealt with were dyslexia, body image, parenting, death, and faith. Each of these items were a part of the story without overpowering it. The children were sweet and definitely made the story fun. I would definitely read more by this author.

Thank you to Soul Inspiration for a complimentary copy of this book. The review is my honest opinion.
