I want to apologize to all of the authors who are waiting on a book review from me. Not only has life been super, crazy busy this fall, but my kindle has decided it wants to die. I won't bore you with the details, but it's more likely not to work than work. So again I am sorry and will eventually get to all of my mobi and pdf books. The print books do not require batteries and technology so are being reviewed on schedule as much as possible.
